Well, it’s been an incredible few months. After less than half a year of blogging I’ve reached thousands of pageviews and 1000 followers on Twitter, an achievement I’m sure you’ll agree is well worth celebrating.
So, in preparation for this milestone I reached out to local independents to see if they would be kind enough to donate a little something to my lovely celebratory prize hamper, which I wanted to be made up of some of the wonderful things that Sheffield has to offer. I’m thrilled to say that I received a truly overwhelming level of support back, and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who was kind enough to donate a prize- you really are some of Sheffields finest & kindest.
Though I’ve shared a few sneak peaks of the prizes the hamper contains on Instagram, I unfortunately can’t upload a full photo in all it’s glory until the end as it has a few perishable items that’ll have to be added last minute (As much as I love Fancie cupcakes I don’t think even the most avid eater would enjoy a mouldy one)!
The prize hamper shall contain as follows:
- 1 unlimited week pass to Sheffield Hot Yoga
- 1 Sheffield eagle A4 map print from Kate Thornton Design
- 1 bottle of Pride of Sheffield brewed at our very own Kelham Island Brewery
- 1 gorgeous grey marl “Sheffield” tee from Yorkshire Tee
- 1 lovely bunch of teacup flowers from Of The Wild
- 1 screen print from artist Tom J Newell
- 1 voucher for an Indian head massage from The Relaxation Den
- 1 yummy Fancie cupcake
- Coffee for you and a friend at Steam Yard Coffee Co.
To enter, all you have to do is check out the entry form below, and make sure you like The Sheffielder on Facebook and follow me on Twitter- that’s it. No annoying surveys, polls or subscriptions… though if you want to subscribe to the blog via email, I shall not complain in the slightest 😉
Once again, thankyou to everyone who has taken the time to check out this blog. The continual support received since the onset has been enough to keep a pretty much permanent smile on my face- and for that I cannot thank each and every one of you enough.
Long may this beautiful city, weather, and my blogging escapades continue!
Until next time,
