Hi everyone,
Seeing as the weather has been so completely and utterly GRIM both this week and last, I thought I would share with you a shoot I did of one of favorite buys this winter from Mooch Vintage on Division Street.
Chris and I didn’t even shoot this look that long ago and yet Spring has crept up (and now regressed) on us!
I don’t know what it is about the furry cuffs, but I feel like some sort of Russian princess in this coat. As my mum would say, I feel the bee’s knees, truly. It really is the cuffs that make it I think.
Even though it’s vintage, it’s in incredible condition and I’ve had so many lovely compliments since its purchase. I love how if you look closely, you can see the black and white material is flecked with multicolours, too.
I really like shopping in Mooch, I will always find at least one thing – usually more – that I like when I go in there. The guys who work and run it are super, super nice as well. It’s always a pleasant experience when I pop by.
I never thought a hat like this would suit me without me looking like Cruella DeVille (I probably still do a little bit) BUT I found this one on a stall at Winter Wonderland at Christmas. I’d been wearing a black fur headband and it just looked plain wrong so I tried one of these on a whim and both Chaz and I loved it. I think it’s one of those styles you have to try before you buy, else depending on the size of your head and the fur you might end up looking a bit ridiculous!
I’ve worn this cute little Chloe lookaike bag in posts before, but it was an absolute steal from Aliexpress of all places! I remember asking a fellow blogger where hers was from and she very kindly shared (big up for those kinds of people). It comes in a million different colourways (mine is the small size) and is only £20. Whilst going back to find that link for you guys, I came across these amazing paneled suede versions too. You can thank me later!
Until next time,
H x
I love this look! The coat is gorgeous, Mooch is such an amazing shop I’ve picked up some lovely handbags from there in the past.
